“I used to have dry, inflamed Cystic Acne that covered a large majority of my face. I had acne when I was in Middle School, and managed to get it cleared away by taking medications for it. However, 3 years later, it came back tenfold during High School. My self-esteem and confidence both plummeted with the idea that I would always be consumed with acne... until the day that I met my Esthetician. She not only turned my life around, but showed me that anyone is capable of feeling truly at home within their own skin. We worked together to find the right solution for me. We got together a skin care regimen from the Face Reality line for me to do at home that best suited my skin and acne type. Every 2 weeks, I would go in for an acne treatment (using Face Realities protocols and acne peels). My esthetician would examine my skin and evaluate if the products needed tweaking to further help my progress. It took about 4 months to finally see clear skin again! Ever since seeing the miraculous wonders that can be done towards one's skin condition, I have been greatly inspired to go out and help others in the same way. “I have been skeptical of facials my whole life. At the Grand Opening Party I had the opportunity to have a HydraFacial. I was pretty nervous and all I could think was that my face would be red for weeks. I was totally wrong! My face wasn’t red! It was fresh and clean feeling. My black heads, that I have had for more years than I can count, were suddenly gone. It has been two months since my HydraFacial at High Maintenance and I am amazed by how great my skin feels and looks. Those black heads still are not there. If you have a chance, I would recommend spending some time at High Maintenance and getting a HydraFacial. It is an experience like no other!”

This place is wonderful! Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I have had 6 laser hair removal treatments done by Amanda she is phenomenal! She always makes sure I’m comfortable. Absolutely wonderful relaxing experience and great service! The cosmetologist was very thorough with the microdermabrasion service and recommended another service which I am returning for next month. I purchased the Vitamin C, E, and Rosehip oil which makes my skin feel amazingly smooth overnight. I also plan to buy from the Eminence Stonecrop line. I received some samples of this product and felt it both does a great job of moisturizing and making you skin feel healthy...it also has a great fresh pleasant smell which is not overpowering.

Awesome location and great prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend laser from Amanda, she always goes out of her way to make me comfortable in a rather uncomfortable situation! Haha. The rooms are always clean, it’s a little dark in the waiting room to set the mood, and they are always on time.

Highly recommended. I have cystic acne so i get dry lumpy swollen red skin. The facial treatment was beyond excemptional and emptied my face of all its nasty. Very informative and i even learned how to tweak my current face regime to make my skin healthier. Very pleasent atmosphere and employees, Stephanie was awesome with my facial. My sister had a facial as well and loved it. The facial is by your skin type and issues which is wonderful compared to just having a facial with oils and lotions that can cause inflamation on skin. My skin is fabulous and i will def make this my go to for skin repair.
